Stationary storage room<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In case of stationary or manual storage, the process is straightforward: the passenger hands over their luggage to a special worker who places it on a shared shelf. The cost is 60 UAH per day, with calendar days ending at midnight, regardless of when storage begins. For example, if you place your suitcase at 10:00 PM and collect it at 6:00 AM, you will pay 120 UAH for two days of storage. Any item attached to the hand luggage is considered a separate piece. Repeat use of items is charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Automatic storage locker<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Kyiv\u2019s central railway station, passengers can also use automatic storage lockers. In 2022, the old Soviet lockers were finally replaced with modern machines. The lockers come in three sizes and can accommodate anything from small bags to suitcases half the height of a person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rates for automatic storage lockers are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Small Locker: 80 UAH\/day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Medium Locker: 100 UAH\/day<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Payment is made in advance, so even if you leave your belongings for just a few hours, you will still pay at least 80 UAH. However, if you unexpectedly stay longer than a day or the prepaid time, the smart locker will provide you with credit, which you can settle when you retrieve your luggage. The payment system is progressive and allows payment by cash, coins, or credit card (including smartphone payments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          It’s important to remember that it is prohibited to store<\/strong> dirty, flammable, explosive, toxic, odorous, corrosive, or radioactive substances in the lockers.           Storage Lockers at Darnytsia Railway Station<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Another railway station in Kyiv is the Darnytsia Railway Station.
          It is located on the Left Bank of Kyiv in the district of the same name and is mainly used as a terminal for suburban services, although intercity and international trains also pass through the station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The station is located at: Kyiv, Pryvokzalna Street, 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

          As of 2024, it operates in on-duty mode. If you need to leave your luggage for storage, you should go to the duty officer’s window<\/strong> at the station (located on the left after the main entrance to the building), arrange and pay for storage, and then you will be escorted to the temporary storage area for your belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The cost is 50 UAH<\/strong> per calendar day of storage. Calendar days end at 24:00. Thus, if you place your luggage at 20:00 and pick it up at 5:00, you will pay 100 UAH for two days of storage. You will retrieve your suitcase in the same way.           Kyiv has 8 main bus stations (terminals):

          The Central Bus Station<\/strong> is located in the Holosiivskyi district at Nauky Avenue, 1, near the Demiivska metro station. In 2020, it underwent a complete renovation and now features a modern automatic storage locker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The storage locker at the Central Bus Station “Kyiv” operates without weekends or breaks, in line with the bus station’s schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
