Each client receives a personal electronic access card for entry into the complex. The unit is secured with a padlock, and the key is kept exclusively by the client. There is 24/7 video surveillance and physical security, reinforced by mobile police teams upon request.

Yes, it is sufficient to reserve a storage unit of the required size by phone, and the contract can be signed during the arrival of your belongings. There is no need to make an extra trip. Additionally, it is possible to complete the rental agreement online without the client’s physical presence. The main thing is to coordinate everything with the administration.

Yes, it is possible. To do so, you need to include the list of authorized persons who will be allowed to visit in the contract. You can also provide the authorized person with the key to the unit and the access card to the facility.

Clients can change their rental agreement at any time.

This includes:

  • Changing the size of the storage unit to a different one (subject to availability of vacant units).
  • Terminating the contract.
  • Extending the contract.
  • Changing the beneficiary of the contract.

The administration of the storage facility will take into account all client preferences and do their best to ensure a comfortable cooperation.

The storage facility offers virtually all possible sizes of storage units.

The minimum size is a storage locker of 1 m³, followed by units of 1 m², 1.5 m², 2 m², and so on. There are also larger sizes available, such as 12 m², 15 m², 25 m², 30 m², and 40 m². The options can be customized according to the clients’ needs.

For existing clients, access to their storage units is available 24/7 without any restrictions.

To sign a new rental agreement, you need to visit the office during working days from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

However, it is also possible to arrange a visit outside of regular working hours or sign the agreements online by prior arrangement.
